Car Accident Temple TX: Temple PD working on crash involving 18-wheeler.

An 18-wheeler and a car were involved in a “large crash” on southbound I-35 close to Industrial Boulevard and Nugent Avenue, which is being investigated by Temple police (near Exit 304).

Injuries sustained by those involved in the collision are “severe but not life-threatening at this time,” according to a news release.

TPD is working a crash on southbound I-35 in the area near Industrial Blvd. and Nugent Ave. (near Exit 304 and E R Carpenter). Drivers should seek alternate routes. TPD recommends taking NW H K Dodgen Loop (near Buc-ee’s) to continue traveling southbound. pic.twitter.com/YWwS1IDKVj

The news announcement advised drivers to look for alternate routes. To continue southbound, Temple police advise using NW H K Dodgen Loop (near Buc- ee’s).
