Joshua Fanti Obituary: Geauga County FireFighter, Joshua Fanti dies Unexpectedly: According to an online obituary on Monday, January 23, 2023, Joshua Fanti has passed away unexpectedly. However, cause of death was not disclosed.
The Thompson Fire Department released a statement Sunday revealing that one of their firefighters tragically died.

“It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of one of our own. Firefighter Joshua Fanti passed away unexpectedly early this morning. A former US Marine, Joshua served on Thompson Fire for nearly 4 years and recently joined Montville Fire. Joshua was a true public servant and his service will not be forgotten. Our condolences go out to all of his family and friends. We will update with funeral arrangements when they become available.”
