Christine Woodward Obituary News – Car Accident: Longtime Troy Area School District teacher killed in tragic crash.
Christine was with Troy Area School District for almost 15 years working as an elementary teacher at East Troy, WR Croman and Intermediate Schools.
On Sunday, February 12, 2023, the district announced Ms. Woodward’s tragic death via a statement shared on Facebook.
“This weekend our District suffered a tragic loss with the unexpected death of a member of our district community. Ms. Christine Woodward was in a fatal car accident Saturday February 11,” Superintendent, Dr. Janilyn Elias said in a statement. “Christine was with the district for almost 15 years working as an elementary teacher at East Troy, WR Croman and Intermediate Schools. She was an active member of our booster clubs and was considered a mother figure to many of our students.”
