With 22 years of experience, Jennifer has been assisting clients with their accounting and international tax needs. Jennifer formerly served as the US-West TARAS head before taking the position of EY’s Americas International Tax and Transaction Tax Services Liaison for the Tax Accounting Risk and Advisory practice. As part of her duties, Jennifer routinely discusses complex international tax accounting concerns with the company’s largest clients.
Additionally, Jennifer frequently collaborates with EY teams to talk about complex tax accounting challenges such corporate mergers, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, the tax accounting effects of global operations, and currency concerns.
Assisting multinational firms with international tax difficulties, including planning for overseas investment and repatriation, US inbound investment, cross-border transactions, and funding schemes, is another area in which Jennifer has a great deal of experience. A handful of the industries Jennifer has worked with clients in include technology, energy, retail, industrial, health sciences, and financial services.
