After a report of “guns fired,” Hamilton County sheriff’s deputies raided the residence of Bengals running back Joe Mixon early on Tuesday morning. Nevertheless, no arrests were made.
A young person with minor injuries was rushed to the hospital, according to Fox 19 in Cincinnati.
According to the report, deputies first responded to a complaint of gunfire on Monday night about 8:30 p.m. Deputies taped off the house with crime scene tape throughout the night. Deputies were observed pounding on Mixon’s door and ordering the homeowner to come out at around 11:30 p.m.
A law enforcement officer came at the house at around 1:30 in the morning with an envelope of papers. Soon after, deputies entered the home and were spotted searching with flashlights. About 3:20 a.m., the crime scene tape was removed, and deputies left without making an arrest.
