Locklyn and Loreli Callazzo Obituary News – Death: Twin toddlers drown in pool at family’s Oklahoma City home.
After a “tragic accident,” twin toddlers drowned after their Alzheimer’s-stricken great-grandmother left the back door open and let them into the house’s unfenced pool.
On March 16, mother Jenny Callazzo discovered Locklyn and Loreli, both 18 months old, at the bottom of the pool.
The boy and girl twins, who had been retrieved from the sea unconscious, were unfortunately declared dead two hours later.
The house in Oklahoma City is occupied by Ms. Callazzo, a 37-year-old stay-at-home mother, her grandmother, 42-year-old husband Sonny, and six kids.
According to reports, her grandmother, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s, left the back door open, allowing the twins to sneak out of the house and into the pool.
Authorities are looking into the twins’ deaths, but they don’t suspect foul play.
There will be a candlelight vigil for all friends & family on March 25th at 7pm at the Route 66 Park Shelter in OKC.
