The University of Iowa AirCare mourn the loss of Dr. Regan Giesinger.
On Tuesday, May 16, 2023, an online obituary announced Dr. Regan Giesinger’s passing. However, her cause of death was not disclosed.
Dr. Giesinger is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology at the University of low where she is the Director of the Neonatal Hemodynamics Clinical and Training programs. She is also Secretary of the Pan-American Hemodynamics Collaborative and member of the Executive Committee of the Neonatal
Hemodynamics Special Interest Group at the American Society for Echocardiography.

Dr. Giesinger made a significant contribution as a Medical Director for our AirCare neonatal pediatric transport team sharing her expertise and passion for education.
