He was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
A vehicle arrived three blocks away from his residence. Two individuals emerged. According to Matthew Hair, there were two gunshots, one from each individual involved. No request for money was made by them. No requests were made by them. According to eyewitnesses, the victim was reportedly shot at without provocation.
