Aaron David Stone, Carissa Lindsey MacDonald Death: In a sudden and tragic turn of events on May 27, 2023, Aaron and Carissa have passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. Survived by Aaron’s father Jeff Stone, step-mother Debra Mason, and sister Sarah Burger (Tyler), as well as Carissa’s mother Susan MacDonald, and brother Hudson MacDonald (Mikayla), the couple will be deeply missed. They are also survived by their grandparents, including Patricia Stone (pre-deceased Frank Stone), Doreen Korman (pre-deceased Harry Korman), and Bill MacDonald (pre-deceased Gertie MacDonald).
The deceased is survived by several uncles and aunts, including Joe Korman (Paula), David Korman (Lesley), David MacDonald (Angele), and Scott MacDonald (Cheri). Additionally, there are numerous cherished cousins and other relatives who are part of the Stone, MacDonald, and Korman families. In a somber turn of events, Aaron has been predeceased by his mother Serena Korman, while Carissa has suffered the loss of her father John Daley.
A large and affectionate group of friends, colleagues, and co-workers, in addition to their family, will deeply mourn their passing. Their company was treasured, and many fond memories were shared during their brief lives.
Carissa and Aaron were described as hard-working, respectful, generous, and joyful individuals who were always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, whether it be a stranger on the road or a struggling child. Meet Aaron, a third-generation electrician known for his cleverness with his hands and willingness to lend a helping hand. And Carissa, a special needs educator who has made a profound impact on the lives of every child she has encountered. The impact of these two individuals will have a lasting effect, with their influence continuing to spread outward like ripples in water.
A service of remembrance and celebration of the lives of Aaron and Carissa will be held on Saturday, June 10/23, at Marquis Gardens’ Princess Ballroom located at 1050 Rymal Rd.E, Hamilton. The event will commence at 11 am and conclude at 2 pm. Following the service, a buffet lunch and cash bar will be available. The family invites you to join them. According to the instructions provided, attendees are advised to dress in a manner that is comfortable for them, ranging from semi-casual to business casual attire. If you wish, donations may be made to a Children’s Charity or the SPCA in lieu of flowers.
