James Stokes Obituary News: 17- Years-Old found Died in a SUV at a Milwaukee tow lot
The family of a teenager from Milwaukee who was discovered dead in a car in a tow lot is requesting information from authorities.
Four days after his death in a collision on 91st and W. Fond Du Lac, James Stokes, 17, was found dead in the trunk of a stolen Kia SUV.
According to Fox6, Stokes was in an automobile accident on June 1 that involved a collision with a tree, but his body wasn’t discovered until the following Monday, June 5. After several days of research and requests from his family, it finally happened.
If they had simply looked back there and searched, he could still be alive. King continued, “I think he was moaning.
Danielle Carey, Stokes’ sister, said to ABC affiliate WISN12: “He was my number one protector. I would always call them first.
“I saw a white truck on the wrong side of the lane, speeding towards me,” said Andre Davis, a witness to the collision, to Fox6.
“Came by and ran the red light unchecked. The next thing I know, I hear a loud explosion and see the guy flying out of the automobile. Nobody ran from the truck that I could see.
On Tuesday, Milwaukee police officers told Fox6 that there were three passengers in the car and that no one had been arrested.
