Tragically, Brian K. Freeman, a resident of Hortonville, Wisconsin, has departed from our midst at the untimely age of 57, a mere four days prior to his anticipated 58th birthday. On June 26, 1965, a child was welcomed into the world by Reg and Kay Freeman, two proud parents.
Neenah High School alumnus Brian, a member of the Class of 1983, embarked on a career in the United States Air Force following his graduation. After serving his country with distinction, he was granted an honorable discharge. Brian, a dedicated individual with a passion for engineering, successfully earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. His unwavering commitment to his craft led him to embark on a remarkable 34-year journey at Gulfstream Aerospace, where he honed his skills and made significant contributions to the company’s success.
In a heart-wrenching turn of events, Brian has tragically departed, leaving his family in a state of profound devastation. His beloved wife, Cathy (Spoehr), along with their two sons, Grant and Mason, are left grappling with an overwhelming sense of loss. Furthermore, Brian’s untimely passing has deeply affected his mother, Kay (Baur) Freeman, as well as his mother and father-in-law, Barb and Dave Spoehr.
The profound impact of this loss reverberates through the lives of those who held Brian dear, as they navigate the difficult journey of grief and mourning. Brian, a devoted advocate of Grant and Mason’s numerous sports endeavors, consistently assumed the role of team coach and could always be found in the forefront of their athletic events.
Brian, a skilled carpenter with an extraordinary creative vision, showcased his incredible craftsmanship. A prolific creator, he crafted numerous masterpieces for his loved ones, showcasing his artistic prowess and dedication.
The once ordinary pieces have now become cherished heirlooms. With his unwavering commitment to perfection and an unwavering focus, he achieved numerous triumphs in both his personal and professional life. The presence of these formidable characteristics may have played a role in his struggle to come to terms with his troubled psyche.
