The guy who perished last week at a beach in Western Australia has been confirmed as Australian actor Peter Hardy.
For his appearances in McLeod’s Daughters, Chopper, and Neighbours, Hardy, 66, was perhaps best known.
According to The West Australian, he was rescued from the ocean on Thursday at approximately 10.40 a.m. at South Beach in Fremantle while unconscious. Until the paramedics arrived, onlookers gave him CPR, but they were unable to rescue him.
According to reports, Hardy was traveling to Perth to see his mum. He called London home.
