Eric Roshto Obituary News: In loving memory of motorcyclist killed in Metairie crash.
The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office says that a motorcyclist died after a crash with an SUV in Metairie on Tuesday.
In a press release, JPSO said that deputies were sent to the intersection of West William David Parkway and Veterans Memorial Boulevard after 4 p.m. on Tuesday to help with a crash between a motorcycle and an SUV.
The motorcycle was going west on Veterans in the middle lane while the car was going north on West William David, according to JSPO. The press release says that the two cars crashed at the intersection when the car crossed into the westbound lanes.
JPSO said that the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries after surgery. The people in the car were taken to the hospital and treated for their injuries.
Eric was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans. He was an amazing son & brother and a dedicated single father to his beautiful daughter.
He is survived by his only daughter Alexa, mother Elizabeth Devlin, father EJ Roshto, Jr, sister Stephanie Pacheco and brother Anthony Roshto.
