It is with great sadness that we say farewell to our dear friend, committee member and tennis player, It is with great sadness that we say farewell to our dear friend, committee member and tennis player, Gillian McMorrow, affectionately known as Gilly, who passed away 31st March, 2023 following a long illness borne with her usual fortitude, faith and appreciation of life.
There was always fun & laughter when Gilly played tennis, and we will remember her kindness and welcoming smile. Gilly touched so many lives in so many ways and left fingerprints on every heart she touched. Although Gilly’s life has ended before we are ready, the time spent in our lives has been memorable, joyful and full of laughter.
