Rodolfo Velazquez Obituary News: 50-years-old Willows Man Found Dead after Vehicle Being Completely Submerged in Water in Glenn County
The victim of the collision has been named by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office.
In the collision, a 50-year-old Willows resident named Rodolfo Velazquez lost his life.
A 50-year-old male was killed in the collision this morning, according to CHP.
A 1998 Toyota was being driven at an unknown speed southbound on County Road P, close to the County Road 60 crossing. On the south side of County Road 60, the front of the car struck a raised dirt embankment of an irrigation canal.
After climbing the embankment once more, the car followed the east canal bank in a southerly direction. The car struck a tiny bend in the canal bank, rolled onto its roof, and finally came to rest in the watery canal.

According to the California Highway Patrol, on Wednesday morning they responded to a report of a car entirely submerged in water in Glenn County.
