Steve Trotter Obituary – Cause of Death: ‘Daredevil’ Steve Trotter dies at 59.
Steve Trotter Daredevil best known as Destin’s Resident Oyster Slinging Extraordinaire. Trotter was one of a few that went over Niagara Falls and live to talk about it on the Johnny Carson show.
Steve passed away at the age of 59, an online obituary announced on Saturday, October 15, 2022. However, his cause of death was not disclosed.
Trotter is a daredevil who is the youngest person to have gone over Niagara Falls in a barrel. He is one of only a few people to have performed the stunt twice. He has also performed other illegal stunts.
“Today has really been the most devastating day for me in a long while. Words can’t express how much I’m going to miss you Steve Trotter. I’m glad I got to hear one more I love you man before you were gone,” a tribute post shared via Facebook post read.
