Burnley and Padiham Police seek assistance in locating William Murphy.
We want to speak to him in connection with an investigation into criminal damage and threats to kill in Barnoldswick, police said in a media release.
Murphy, 41, who is also missing, is described as 5ft 5in tall, of medium build with short, light brown hair. He has links to Barnoldswick and Burnley.
