Khandra Smalley Obituary – Car Accident: Clarksville community and business leader killed in fatal I-24 crash.
Khandra spent over 30 years actively making a difference through volunteer efforts, serving on multiple boards, and supporting small businesses.
Smalley died from injuries sustained in a car accident on I-24 in Clarksville shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday.
According to reports, the crash which involved two tractor-trailers and another vehicle have closed all westbound lanes along I-24 at Exit 11.
