Beth Orson Obituary – Cause of Death: In loving memory of Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Oboist Beth Orson.
The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra announced the passing of Beth Orson, via a statement shared on Facebook on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
“With great sadness, we acknowledge the passing of our dear friend Beth Orson,” the statement read.
Her cause of death was not disclosed.
Since 1989, Beth performed with the VSO as Assistant Principal Oboe & English Horn. She will be remembered as a gifted musician, supportive colleague, and for her generous sense of humour.
