On Friday, January 20, 2023, Casey’s Foods Naperville announced the passing of long-time owner Dan Casey, via a statement shared on Facebook.
“Our hearts are breaking with the loss of our leader, mentor, & friend, Dan Casey,” the post read. “Dan’s zest for life, passion for his friends, dedication to his business, and generosity to his community will be remembered forever. Love to his family and friends as life will go on. Here at Casey’s Foods, I promised to make him proud.”
His cause of death was not disclosed.
