Kari Lynn Beck and Oscar Beck Obituary News: Mother, son identified as suspect & victim in murder-suicide at Skyline Pass.
According to the Allen County Coroner’s Office, the shooting that happened Wednesday morning at Skyline Pass has been ruled a murder-suicide.
Around 8:35 on Wednesday morning, police were called to a residence in the 1100 block of Skyline Pass, close to E Wallen and Coldwater Roads. According to them, a family member called the police and reported that a mother and a young child were found deceased inside the house. According to police, when they entered the house, they discovered the two victims dead from gunshot wounds.
The victim was identified by the office on Thursday as Oscar Beck, 7. His death was determined to be homicide. Kari’s, 43, death was ruled suicide.
According to Concordia Lutheran Elementary school, Kari Beck was a kindergarten aid and Ocsar was a first grader at their schools.
