Chirnside Park Car Accident: Man killed in fiery crash in Melbourne’s outer suburb.
Emergency services were called to reports that a car had struck two parked cars on Edward Road at around 2am in Chirnside Park, which is located about 32 kilometers to the north-east of the Capital. After impact, the car caught fire, according to the authorities.
A male passenger was given first aid attempts to revive him, but he was declared dead at the site.
The car’s driver and another passenger were brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening wounds, and both men are now helping police with their inquiries.
The precise causes of the collision are still unknown.
