TOBAGO has documented its fourth homicide.
The victim has been identified as Donneil Thomas of Signal Hill’s Mentor Drive. He was a single parent.
At his residence, an assailant shot Thomas multiple times, according to the police. His attacker then fled.
The Homicide Bureau is conducting an investigation.
Nigel Sandy, a resident of Plymouth, was fatally shot near his residence on February 9 and pronounced dead at the Scarborough General Hospital.
Alex “Papa” Cooper, a 22-year-old native of Moruga, was gunned down on April 9 in Logwood Park, Scarborough. He was the island’s second homicide victim.
Lynch Bovell, 49, of Sesame Street, Bethel, was wounded on April 8 and died on April 12 at the Scarborough General Hospital.
