Upale Kaloshi Obituary News: 21- Years-Old Deptford Man Amazon worker Found Dead on Dover Beach
After being reported missing, a guy was discovered dead by a private eye on a beach in Kent yesterday (June 7). Upale Kaloshi, a 21-year-old Deptford resident who works at an Amazon warehouse, was last spotted leaving for Dartford on May 20 from Lewisham.
Police were notified that he was missing on May 21, but his body has since been discovered on a beach close to Dover.
On Instagram, his distraught sister Lukondo Kaloshi broke the terrible news and claimed that the family’s own private investigator had found Upale, who was supposed to have been there for seven days.
“Unfortunately, we just heard the worst news we’ve ever heard,” she wrote. In Dover, a body was discovered yesterday morning near the shore that matched Upale’s description.
“Our private investigator discovered the body. He stayed there for a week. one week. It doesn’t make sense at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t want to believe the stereotypes, but we could have all found him if the police had acted more quickly and urgently, as we implored them to do all the time.
She proceeded, showing pictures of a young Upale: “For those who didn’t know Upale, here is Upale. He is brilliant, incredibly dedicated, and endearing. I guarantee you won’t forget him if you’ve ever met him. I’m sorry little brother, but this still doesn’t make any sense. Upale, you are extremely adored by us.
“I’m still watching out the window for you to return.” This defies my will to believe. We were eager to hear your testimony given the way people prayed for you, Upale, so this was supposed to be it.
A man’s body was found near Dover on June 7, 2023, according to a Kent Police spokeswoman. Sadly, when police arrived, the victim was already dead when they arrived.
“Formal identification has not yet occurred, but the family of a south-east Londoner, age 21, who went missing on Sunday, May 21, has been notified.
A report is being prepared for the coroner and the death is not being viewed as suspicious.
