Amdrella Cartel Obituary News: Victim, suspect identified in fatal early Saturday shooting in Lancaster County.
Amdrella Cartel, a resident of Lancaster County, was identified as the victim and was determined to be 27 years old.
Around three in the morning on June 17, the Lancaster City Bureau Police responded to a shooting in the 600 block of North Plum Street.
Police said that a woman, 27, had been found dead from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
Officers were made aware of two additional adult victims who were being treated at the hospital for non-fatal gunshot wounds.
Police say that Timothy Allen, a 20-year-old Lancaster resident, is the shooter’s suspect in the current investigation.
Allen was charged by detective Austin Krause with ten charges of recklessly endangering another person, one crime of carrying a gun without a permit, one count of criminal murder, one count of criminal attempt criminal homicide, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of aggravated assault.
Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for Allen. Allen’s whereabouts are now unknown, according to the police.
