Tom Mann Fiance Car Accident: One year after fiancée died on wedding day, X-Factor star Tom Mann speaks out.
One year after his fiancée passed away on their wedding day, X-Factor contestant Tom Mann opens up about his ‘unbearable pain’.
The 29-year-old musician and his partner, Danielle Hampson, were going to get married last year, 18 June 2022, but she tragically went away.
On the one-year anniversary of Danielle’s passing, Tom posted a tribute to her on social media and talked about how he was coping with the loss.
The X-Factor participant originally gained notoriety as a member of the boyband Stereo Kicks, which went on to place fifth on the show’s 2014 season.
He sent an emotional letter and a black-and-white photo of his other half holding their infant son Bowie, who was just eight months old at the time, to inform his fans of the tragic news.
“I can’t believe I am writing these words but my darling Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, 18th June,” Tom wrote in a social media post.
“On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible heartbreak. I feel like I have cried an ocean. We never made it to the alter; or got to say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my entire world and the best thing that has ever happened to me, Danielle.”
“I am grieving and I will be for a very, very long time.”
