Clark Haggans, a former linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers, passed away at the age of 46.
His death’s circumstances were not made public. Alianna and Damon, Haggans’ daughter, survive him.
Haggans was selected by the Steelers in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL Draft out of Colorado State. He played 13 NFL seasons, the first eight of which he spent in Pittsburgh. In 2006, he was a member of the team that won the Super Bowl XL. He gave up playing football in 2013.
