Faith and Jessica Car Accident: In loving memory of Lamar High School Juniors killed in a 2018 crash in East Texas.
According to authorities, a collision in East Texas early on Tuesday morning claimed the lives of two Arlington Lamar High School students and one of their mothers.
We are saddened to announce the passing of Faith Whittaker and Jessica Brown in a car accident. They will be missed tremendously. Counselors will be available tomorrow for anyone who wants to speak with them.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Faith Whittaker and Jessica Brown, both 16 years old, were passengers in Chelsey Brewer’s Jeep Renegade when it off the road and struck a parked tractor-trailer in Lindale at 4:20 a.m. on Monday.
The tractor-driver trailer’s was asleep in the cab at the time and wasn’t hurt, according to DPS. The tractor-trailer was legally parked.
The two girls were Brewer’s cousins, and Whittaker was their mother. According to friends, the three were returning from a weekend trip to Mississippi to see other family members.
