Hillsborough, NJ Car Accident: One killed in multi-car crash on Amwell Road; Investigations ongoing.
Authorities are investigating a fatal multi-car crash that happened on Amwell Road in Hillsborough on Thursday morning.
According to Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald, Hillsborough Police were called to the area of Marshall Road and Amwell Road for a multi-vehicle collision at around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday October 20, 2022. Upon officers arrival at the scene, one person was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the crash.
Members of the Somerset County Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team (C.A.R.T.) responded to investigate along with members of the Hillsborough Police Department.
There are currently no details concerning the circumstances surrounding the crash, as investigations are ongoing.
