Katherine Zollerano Death – Obituary: Toronto Man Charged with Wife’s Murder: Police in Toronto have increased the charges against a husband whose wife passed away in the hospital last week as a result of a violent incident in September to first-degree murder.
Just after three in the morning on September 25, authorities were summoned to Gamma Street and Valermo Drive in Etobicoke. Police found a woman with critical wounds next to a road. The victim underwent an emergency run to a hospital.
Antonio Zollerano, 48, was detained by police early on in the inquiry and was charged with many offenses, including attempted murder.
According to investigators, the victim, Katherine Zollerano, 43, passed away on November 2 at the hospital. As a result, according to the police, Antonio Zollerano is now being charged with first-degree murder.
The Toronto Police confirm to CityNews that the couple is really married.
On Tuesday, Zollerano will show up in court.
