Jason Schmidt Car Accident – Obituary News: In loving memory of Hastings, Ont. man killed in crash east of Peterborough.
42-year-old Jason Schmidt of Hastings, was a driver in one of the vehicles involved in a two vehicle crash east of Peterborough late Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, the head-on collision occurred on Highway 7 near Drummond Line between a pickup truck and an SUV. The crash also took the lives of three others.
“RIP Jason Schmidt (Bear). I’m blessed to have worked with you. You will always be remembered as a great UA brother and a good friend. I wish more brothers were like you. Your going to be missed by all,” a tribute post shared via Facebook read.
