According to updated arrest warrants in the case, Derrick Perkins, the man suspected of disposing of the body of Georgia businessman Nathan Millard, sought out Narcan to help resuscitate him.
A common drug for treating an overdose is narcan.
According to the newly released documents, Millard’s alleged overdose death followed a night of prostitution and crack cocaine use.
When visiting Baton Rouge on work last month, Millard passed away.
Perkins is currently incarcerated on charges of improperly disposing of Millard’s body, impeding the course of justice, and failing to seek help. On March 23, arrest warrants were issued for the two alleged prostitutes in the case.
Both Tiffany Ann Guidry, 27, and Tabbetha Lee Barner, 33, are accused of engaging in prostitution and failing to seek assistance. Guidry is also accused of improperly disposing of remains.
