Gabriel Martinez Obituary news: 18-year-old Texas Man Found dead Inside a Vehicle in Tim Foster Park
According to court records, an 18-year-old guy was discovered dead inside a car that had come to rest on a basketball court at Tim Foster Park on Father’s Day.
According to court records, the transmission was in drive and the car was still moving. Gabriel Martinez, 18, was discovered dead inside the car and is believed to have had at least one head wound from gunfire.
According to court filings, there was visible drug paraphernalia in the front passenger seat of the car.
Tire tracks were discovered in the park’s dirt and grassy parts, and two 9mm shells were discovered in the pavement in front of the 14400 block of Smokey Point. According to court documents, the tire marks were related to the location where the car was discovered.
Two male subjects were seen strolling across the park, coming from the alleyway in the park’s northeast corner, on surveillance footage shot nearby.
One of the participants was a light-skinned man with tattered blue jeans and a red T-shirt on. The other subject was a black male who was dressed in dark colored jeans and a red t-shirt. According to court records, the two subjects moved toward the area where the casings were discovered. The two people were then observed running the other way a short while afterwards.
