Tysiea Gurly Car Accident – Obituary News: Authorities identify pedestrian killed in Durham hit-and-run.
The Durham Police are looking into a hit-and-run accident that killed someone on Tuesday night.
Police said that just before 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, officers with the Traffic and Crash Team Unit went to the 800 block of North Alston Avenue to help with a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian.
Tysiea Gurly, who was 45 years old, was hit by an unknown car and died at the scene. The suspect didn’t stop and ran away, according to the police.
