Eden Palmer, a mother from San Francisco, passed away in a car accident in Woodside as she was driving her younger son to a soccer match .The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office has identified the individual who passed away in a Woodside collision last Saturday as 54-year-old Eden Palmer.
According to reports, the younger son of Eden was present in the passenger seat during a car accident that resulted in major injuries. The child is currently receiving medical attention at a hospital.
As per information provided on a GoFundMe page, Eden was on her way to her younger son’s soccer match when a car driving in the wrong direction reportedly collided with their vehicle.
According to reports, the collision occurred on Saturday at approximately 2:30 pm local time. Eden was accompanied by her 14-year-old son and family dog at the time of the incident. According to reports, both Eden and the dog have been pronounced dead.
According to reports, the other driver and Eden’s son were transported to Stanford Medical Hospital for treatment of severe injuries.
A GoFundMe page has been created and shared on social media to raise funds and support the family of Eden after her tragic loss.
According to Sue Kalache, who initiated the fundraiser, Eden was a cherished spouse, mother, friend, and volunteer in the community. She was a source of strength for anyone who required assistance. According to the speaker, it is now the appropriate moment to pay tribute to Eden and come together to provide assistance to her loved ones.
According to the fundraising campaign, Eden’s eldest son has aspirations of pursuing higher education, and a portion of the donations received will be allocated towards realizing his future ambitions.
According to SFGATE, Constellatia Martin, who was driving the other vehicle involved in the accident, allegedly drove on the opposite side of the southbound lane of Interstate 280 and collided with Eden’s vehicle.
At the time of writing, the GoFundMe campaign has received 268 donations and has raised slightly more than $50,000 of its $100,000 goal.
Eden’s passing has prompted an outpouring of tributes on various social media platforms, including Facebook.
One person wrote in a tribute: “My sincere Condolences to her family and all who loved her.
“Sending prayers and condolences to the family,” another one said.
A third added: “My heart breaks for this persons family. RIL and lots of prayers for your family.”
